Carolina Forest is one of the most popular new communities in Horry County. Located halfway between Myrtle Beach and Conway on Highway 501, the area is just far out enough to “get away from it all,” while also giving you easy access to shopping, dining, live shows and of course, the beach.
The area is approximately 9000 acres of landscaped community that boasts its own high school, middle school, and elementary school. A small shopping center lines its entrance, and many businesses such as doctors and dentists have located their offices to serve the residents. Coastal Carolina University and Horry Technical Institute are both located right around the corner.
The homes in Carolina Forest are designed around three golf courses and include a variety of different neighborhoods, allowing residents to choose the right price point and environment. The different neighborhoods are designed for family size and pricing, and are decorated by the many lakes, inlets, and nature trails.
